Refund Policy

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please contact our customer service team at info@mightyrivermetal.com for questions or concerns about our refund policy.

Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@mightyrivermetal.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Please include photos of the damaged items.  Damaged items will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you, within 14 days.

Customization Errors:
If errors were made on our end in regards to your customization details, we will gladly send you a refund or replacement sign within 14 days.  Please contact us immediately at info@mightyrivermetal.com and include photos of the incorrect sign.  If mistakes were made on your end when inputting your customization details, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
